Paraprofessional/Teacher Aide - Marquette School

Marquette School in Marquette Heights is seeking applicants for a full-time, 180-day paraprofessional position to start the 2026-27 school year.  Candidates must hold a valid IL Paraprofessional License. Minimum hourly rate is $16.81 per hour plus benefits. District Cafeteria Manager

District 102 is seeking applicants for a full-time, 180-day cafeteria manager position to start the 2026-27 school year.  Candidates must hold a valid food manager's license.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for purchase of food and lunchroom supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed food service records.
  • Recruit and train food service employees.
  • Order U.S.D.A. commodities according to Federal regulations constrained by volume and available storage space, (dry or refrigerated) available inventory, and menu requirements.
  • Accept order for food and supplies, coordinate orders with menu requirements and inventories.  Place orders with accredited purveyors.  Reconcile delivery slips for amount, price and extensions; preliminary preparation for further processing.
  • Maintain accurate flowing inventory records on food and materials for all units.
  • Assist with food service, cleaning and sanitation responsibilities.
  • Meet and oversee standards of sanitation and safety according to State, Federal, and/or local regulations.
  • Follows universal precautions in accordance with OSHA standards.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Superintendent.

Minimum hourly rate is $20.00 per hour plus benefits. District Cafeteria Worker

District 102 is seeking applicants for a cafeteria worker position. 

  • Work Hours: 6:00 AM -- 1:00 PM; Monday through Friday (except early dismissal days)
  • Schedule: Follows the 176 student attendance days per the school calendar with option for additional hours during summer camp
  • Start Date: 8/13/26
  • Qualification: Previous food service experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must hold, or be willing ot obtain, a Food Manager's license.

Part-Time 2nd Shift Custodian

District 102 is seeking applicants for a part-time 2nd shift custodian position at Georgetowne School. The hours are Monday through Friday; 2 PM to 6 PM daily. The position begins August 11th, but start date is negotiable. Minimum hourly rate is $16.81 per hour.
