ENHANCE THE FUTURE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
May 4, 2021 - The District 102 Dorothy Ohlman Scholarship and Enhance the Future Scholarships are competitive scholarships awarded to Pekin High School seniors who attended North Pekin-Marquette Heights School District #102 for, at least, six years and who will be attending an accredited college, university or trade school in the fall. The scholarships are fully funded through donations from local individuals and organizations like the Marquette Heights Men’s Club. Scholarships of $500 are awarded to each recipient.
In a typical year, scholarship recipients are recognized during the Georgetowne Middle School graduation at the end of the school year in May, but with limited seating at this year’s GMS graduation, we are recognizing this year’s recipients publicly on Facebook.
