Voyages Extended Day
In an effort to make program registration more convenient for Extended Day parents, we are providing electronic program forms to each participating district. Below you will find links to a Guide to Services, Parent Handbook, and Registration forms. They can also be found on the Tazewell County Health Department website, https://www.tazewellhealth.
Parents can submit their completed forms to the site coordinator by email, or they can be turned in to the school office.
