• Log on to your Parent Portal through Lumen – If you need to request your parent portal logon information, please contact Terri Donahue or Patty Crank at the District Office at 382-2172 or by email tdonahue@dist102.org or pcrank@dist102.org.
• In the Parent Portal, click on the right arrow in “Registration Form 21-22 and complete or update the information on each of the forms listed below. Make sure to click the “Save Form” button in each form before closing.

- Terms of Individual Device Agreement
- Student Enrollment Form
• Once you have saved each form, you can go to the district web page (www.dist102.org) and click on 
“The Illinois Funds e-pay” link on the right side of the page to pay Activity fees. Activity Fee is $10.00 for grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Book Fees are waived for the 2021/2022 school year.

Rather than paying online, you may also choose to pay at registration by cash or check.
If you are unable to update and complete forms online prior to registration on July 29, we will have computers available for you to log on and update forms when you arrive. Please be sure to bring any necessary paperwork appropriate for your child and the grade level he/she is entering. Those include physical, dental, vision and/or immunization records. You may also be asked for proof of residency so please be prepared to provide documentation. Other forms (free/reduced lunch application, bus waiver, etc.) will be available at registration.
If you have any questions about the process, you can contact Terri Donahue and Patty Crank at the District office (382-2172) during the summer. Office hours are from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You can also contact your child’s building principals and/or secretaries when they return to their buildings on Monday, July 26.
